Richard co-founded and operated a multinational real estate company with more than 1,000 employees. The group had branches in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Russia and China, and was one of Ireland’s most successful commercial real estate developers with total assets of more than two billion dollars. Richard’s company had been listed on London and the Singapore Stock Exchange.

James specializes in overseas real estate and immigration investment projects. He served as the European market representative of the largest real estate developer in Europe, and during that time established good cooperation with local partners, carried out strategic development and facilitated project implementation. He is also the financial chairman of the Shanghai board of directors of EO, the world’s largest independent entrepreneurial organization.

Michael has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and more than 20 years of CPA experience in the financial industry, investment banking and aircraft leasing. He previously served as the financial controller of Ireland’s third largest engineering contractor and Ireland’s largest developer. From 2012 to 2015, Michael was the CEO of CIE, the Ireland National Transport Authority, with assets of more than three billion euros under management.

Declan is Chief Executive Officer of Bartra Healthcare with overall responsibility for the integration, management and development of the entire Bartra Healthcare portfolio. Declan originally joined Bartra Healthcare as its Human Resources Director and was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 1 May 2020. He has over 20 years of experience working in multi-disciplined senior executive roles in private and public organisations.

Andrew has been involved in financial management in the infrastructure industry for more than 16 years. He has extensive experience and is an expert in financial management in the energy and renewable energy sectors. Andrew was a senior corporate financial advisor to the New Economy and Industrial Rehabilitation Division of the National Treasury of Ireland, advising the Irish government on the management and disposal of state-owned assets, and core national infrastructure investment.

Niall was a senior credit risk manager and director of the real estate department at Allied Irish Bank (AIB), managing venture capital gains. He was also the chairman of the company’s regional credit committee, a group member of the company’s credit committee, the chairman of the company reorganization committee, and the member of the SME Appeals Committee and the Mortgage Appeals Committee.

Hazel is a chartered engineer and an urban planner with more than 25 years of experience in large-scale development, strategic planning and infrastructure projects. Prior to that, she was the director of planning and development in Ballimo, Ireland, where she participated in 18 projects worth more than 800 million euros. In addition, she has also served as a senior development and planning consultant for large-scale projects for Ireland’s top architectural developers.

Jeffery has been a leading figure at different MNCs, serving senior-level clients across an array of sectors, including finance and insurance. As the first representative of Bartra Wealth Advisors in Hong Kong, his strong entrepreneurial mentality has been key to his success. Developing great relationships across the APAC region, Jeffrey has successfully helped over 50 Hong Kong families obtain Irish residency through our IIP projects in less than a year.

Jay has been an experienced senior marketing professional across real estate, alternative investment, and wealth management companies with over a decade worth of experience, overseeing regional businesses across global key markets, including Hong Kong SAR, China, Singapore, Dubai, UK, and South Africa in High-Net-Worth Individual and Professional Investor segments. At Bartra Wealth Advisors, Jay’s goal is to provide HNW clients with alternative residency and citizenship through investing in the structured real estate IIP projects, whereby their assets are well diversified with effective family legacy planning.

Livia has over a decade worth of experience in Immigration Investment. She has worked with some of the largest companies in the sector including Qiaowai and 16Visas. With her expertise in technical case management and file preparations, she is known for her comprehensive due diligence, accurate analysis of financial statements, efficient communications between clients and visa officers, and thorough understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. Livia has successfully processed hundreds of cases for a variety of immigration programs around the world, including Canada, the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, Portugal, Spain, and of course, Ireland. 

Daniel is responsible for organising and overseeing the daily operations at Bartra Wealth Advisors. Originated from Cork, Ireland, Daniel received his master’s degrees in International Finance and Economics at the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. Daniel is a certified Project Management Professional and is qualified by ISACA as a Risk Information Systems and Control expert. Before joining Bartra Wealth advisors, Daniel has worked in the majority of Ireland’s largest banks, and with expertise in private consulting in the Financial Services sector. Daniel is also the Co-founder of The Millennial of the Year, a national fundraising competition which raises money for millennials withs Down Syndrome.

At Bartra, Daniel’s goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.

Jenny is Bartra Wealth Advisors’ Country Head, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Jenny is leading a dedicated local professional team to deliver end-to-end Irish immigration services and offer Bartra’s IIP qualified projects to clients and partners in Vietnam.

Prior to joining Bartra, Jenny has 6 years of experience in investment, wealth management and legacy planning. With Jenny’s market knowledge and her professional experience offering HNWIs bespoke services, Jenny has successfully raised an impressive fund of up to USD 50 million for major projects. Jenny has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, an MBA in Business Management, and is accredited by PTI Business School as Certified Manager and Certified Professional COO.
